West Training & Development provides programme evaluation and supports
the use of performance measurement systems. The organisation specialises
in impact-based evaluation of not-for-profit programmes and has been central
to the design and roll-out of software based self-evaluation and planning
systems for two national development programmes. West Training & Development
is also a partner in the EU supported EVAL4 project.
