West Training & Development was founded in 1994. Since then, the company has established itself as a leader in the provision of organisational development and support.
The company's highly qualified team contribute expertise and experience acquired across a range of disciplines and professional environments.
West Training & Development has worked with a wide variety of clients ranging from government departments to local community development organisations. West Training is currently contracted by the Family Support Agency to act as Regional Support Agency to the Family and Community Services Resource Centre Programme in the Western Region.
All of the work undertaken by West Training & Development is carried out in a highly professional manner where the approach of the company is characterised by a recognition of the needs of client organisations and the delivery of a clear and focused response to these needs.
West Training & Development is a member organisation of the Irish National Organisation of the Unemployed (INOU), Volunteer Ireland and Aontas.
